Founder/Director
Santhosh Abraham is the driving force behind 24Care. With over 20 years of experience in social work, healthcare, and advocacy for people with disabilities, Santhosh founded 24Care with a mission to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Santhosh holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and Human Rights. His career began in hospital social work, where he provided important support to individuals facing medical and personal challenges. Over the years, his passion for helping others led him to work in disability services, aged care, and community support.
His personal motto is simple: “We don’t just provide care; we build lasting relationships.” Santhosh believes that true care goes beyond just meeting immediate needs – it’s about creating long-term partnerships with the individuals and families that 24Care supports.
As a father of three, including twins, Santhosh knows what it means to care deeply about family. He brings this same level of care and dedication to every participant at 24Care. His goal is to make sure that everyone who walks through the doors of 24Care receives not just a service, but a caring, personalized approach that truly meets their needs.
Day-to-Day Manager & Supporter
Ken is the backbone of 24Care’s day-to-day operations. With years of experience in healthcare administration, Ken makes sure that everything runs smoothly, from scheduling care services to overseeing the quality of our support staff.
Ken’s approach is hands-on, and he’s known for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills. He works closely with the care teams to make sure that participants receive the best possible care, whether it’s in their homes, through community services, or in one of our specialized accommodations.
“I believe in making sure every participant feels supported at every step,” says Ken. “Our team is committed to providing the kind of care that makes a real difference in people’s lives.”
“I know what it’s like to feel lost, so I’m passionate about helping others find their way and get the support they need. It’s about making sure no one feels alone in this journey.”
Support Lead & Participant Advocate
Beth is the person who makes sure that every client of 24Care feels supported and heard. As the Client Support Lead, she works closely with participants and their families to make sure that every service is delivered smoothly and meets their expectations.
Beth’s background in disability services and her deep understanding of the NDIS means that she’s always ready to offer guidance and support. Whether it’s helping a family navigate their NDIS plan or making sure that participants receive the exact care they need, Beth is there every step of the way.
“I’m passionate about helping people live their best lives,” says Beth. “we focus on the person, not just the process. My job is to make sure that everyone gets the care they deserve, in a way that works for them.”
